Auckland & Wellington agency Acumen Republic has unveiled three senior appointments in both cities, replacing the management roles of chairman Michael Dunlop, who is stepping back.

Current Auckland general manager Adelle Keely has been promoted to the role of ceo/managing director; and promoted Wellington general manager Bronwyn Millar to the Acumen Republic board.

The Wellington consulting team has also been strengthened by the appointment of Matthew Savage as senior account director. Savage has spent 15 years as the General Manager of Wellington-based creative & digital agency Base 2.

Chairman Michael Dunlop says he is delighted to announce Keely’s appointment. “Adelle has been with the business for 12 years and has demonstrated exceptional insight, commercial nous, client service and team leadership during this time,” he said.

Before joining Acumen Republic she held leadership communications roles in NZ, the UK, and the US.

Dunlop continues consulting work
Michael Dunlop will continue consulting and working with clients, but will pull back from day-to-day executive management of the company. The management leadership team will now be Adelle Keely, Mandy Hancock and Bronwyn Millar.

“With these new appointments, we look forward to continuing to support our clients and evolving our business and range of services,” Dunlop said Michael.
