Britomart-based Shine has snared Y&R Wellington managing director Tim Ellis as its new head of client services.
Ellis will move north to take up his new role.
Y&R has since promoted Wellington general manager Rikki Townsley to run the agency alongside ECD Tim Huse and media director Alicia Tutty.
