Clemenger & Colenso shine in New York

New Zealand agencies have scored just three finalist spots at the 2018 New York Festivals – all are already global prize-winners, and all are out of NZ’s two BBDO shops.

Clemenger BBDO Wellington has one campaign through – the NZ Human Rights Commission Give Nothing to Racism in the Film/Craft category.

Colenso BBDO Auckland has two on the shortlist – DB Breweries DB Export Beer Bottle Sand in Activation & Engagement, and Mars/Pedigree The Child Replacement Programme in Integrated/Mixed Media.

The 2018 NYF trophy winners will be announced at the New York Show on Thursday 17 May.

This year’s finalists features entries submitted from 51 countries in Activation & Engagement, Audio, Avant-Garde/Innovative, Branded Entertainment, Creative Marketing Effectiveness, Design, Digital, Direct & Collateral, Film, Film Craft, Integrated, Media, Mobile, Outdoor, Package & Product Design, Print, Public & Media Relations, Public Service Announcements, Sports, and Student.

The 2018 Grand Jury comprised of 400+ Creative Directors, Executive Creative Directors and worldwide Chief Creative Officers from 57 countries, who determined the finalists through online judging sessions and a live collateral judging session.

All finalist entries will progress to the live judging round with the 2018 Executive Jury. All trophy winners will be announced live at the New York Show.
