Arrivals & Departures: New hires at Track NZ

DDB’s customer experience agency Track NZ has appointed senior art director Carl Lough, a 20-year UK/NZ agency veteran, to its creative team, and Adele Glover who has taken on the role of traffic manager.

His expertise spans digital, television, print, outdoor and direct, across a wide range of sectors including financial, automotive, telecommunications, sport, charity, B2B and FMCG.

Track CD Jeff Harris says Lough is a great addition to the agency and will further strengthen TRACK’s creative team, deploying contextual creativity that transforms customer relationships.

“Carl is a class act, a true professional, a highly experienced senior art director with sought-after-skills. We’re thrilled to have him here to help us expand our fantastic creative department,” Harris said.

Adele Glover
Adele Glover who has taken on the role of traffic manager. She has extensive experience across agencies, client-side and not-for-profits on both sides of the Tasman and in the UK.

Harris says Glover is a consummate professional whose attention to detail, positivity and years of agency experience will ensure the Track creative team is humming.

“Adele comes to us with an immense knowledge and experience in traffic and production management. We are thrilled to have her, and we look forward to seeing her excel in this role,” he said.
