Spark (ratecard adspend $40m) has appointed Mt Eden-based PHD NZ as its media agency, effective in two weeks on Monday 1 May, after a closed pitch between three Omnicom agencies – Dynamo (the incumbent), OMD and PHD.
“Spark has employed the media service support of Omnicom Media Group for a number of years, and that relationship will continue under the leadership of PHD,” says OMG NZ ceo Peter Horgan.
“Appointed thanks to their strategic leadership and industry leading data and technology offering, PHD will continue to build on the great work delivered by Dynamo.”
