Our client is a busy and vibrant Auckland based advertising agency, with international affiliation. Located in the heart of Auckland city, this full-service agency is looking for a Client Partner to join their team, as the leader of the digital and technology capability within the agency.
Reporting to the Managing Partner, as a core part of the leadership team you will play a key role in driving growth and championing the agency’s digital and technology proposition, creating experiences that connect with audiences.
As a thought leader in the technology space, your digital expertise will be second to none. You will be ahead of the curve and use these insights to create game changing strategies for your clients, and will be able to engage and upskill your team and the wider agency to ensure digital integration in all client offerings.
Working alongside the Business Development Team, you will have proven experience in leading RFP and pitch processes, and have a drive to bring new, exciting opportunities to the business, with both existing and new clients.
As a leader in the agency, you will help develop and implement the vision within the business, inspiring cross department collaboration, and engagement with the wider group. You will enjoy mentoring and developing your team to ensure high performance and exceptional delivery, and upholding culture that attracts and retains the best talent.
