AUCKLAND, Tuesday: Indie media agency D3 has today announced the launch of D3 Commerce and two new hires – CRO lead Alexis Courselle and account manager Holly Boswell.

D3 Commerce launches as a division of D3, delivering eCommerce services to New Zealand businesses looking to improve onsite conversion, revenue, and profitability.

The division is run by recently hired CRO specialist Alexis Courselle, who joins the D3 team with global experience with Colmar Brunton, iProspect and locally at Catchi.

D3 Commerce, already working with a number of local and internationally focused clients offers four key products sets: quick wins for immediate revenue opportunities, UX and CRO strategy for long-term growth strategies, A/B testing implementation for ongoing revenue upsides, and a research lab (user testing, eye-tracking and UX focus groups) for qualitative audience research.

“Converting more traffic into customers ultimately results in a greater business return for the same marketing outlay.”

Holly Archer Boswell joins the team as account manager across our clients from award- winning challenger agency VCCP London. She brings a wealth of digital experience across a portfolio of brands including the Economist and Easy Jet.

D3 Partner Richard Thompson said “One of the biggest digital opportunities to step change performance that we see is to improve on-site conversion rates. Converting more traffic into customers ultimately results in a greater business return for the same marketing outlay.

“We’re really excited to have a talent like Alexis working with our clients to drive their digital performance more efficiently and effectively than ever before.”

Alex Radford said: “With the launch of D3 Commerce and the growth of the team to 10, we are positioned to continue to offer best-in-class performance backed up with unmatched client service.”
