Our client is NZ’s largest hybrid event and experience agency. They have a strong reputation for creating memorable, immersive events, broadcasts and experiences for a wide range of clients. 

With the rise of virtual events, they are looking for an exceptional Production Manager to join and support their team. You’ll be a multi-tasking whiz, super organized, and all over the detail. 

They operate in a fast-paced environment, and pride themselves on going above-and-beyond to deliver exceptional results for their clients. 

Duties include: 

  • Supporting the General Manager, Senior Producer, Head of Broadcast and Project Managers
  • Producing and updating key documents – call sheets, run sheets, project plans, health & safety
  • Tracking budgets in Workflow Max – recording time, quotes, invoices
  • Liaising with clients
  • Scheduling resource
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Attending off-site events and projects as required

Any experience in the world of Broadcast or Events would be beneficial for this role. This is an intermediate level role, however they are happy to support and train the successful candidate if necessary.
