Designworks has appointed Sally Hooper to the role of Head of Commercial Management and New Business in Christchurch.

Reporting to Chairman & CEO Sven Baker, and working alongside Managing Director Michael Prentice, Hooper joins at a time of exciting opportunity and growth in Christchurch for Designworks

Hooper’s appointment follows the arrival of Danielle Barclay last month as Designworks’ Group Head of Brand Experience. Baker sees Hooper and Barclay combining to bring a fresh perspective to Christchurch clients wanting to go beyond traditional design or communications to create memorable, enduring brand experiences.

She brings 10 years’ experience in top creative agencies in New Zealand, on highly awarded clients and integrated projects including Boundary Road Brewery at Barnes Catmur and Friends, Driving Dogs for Mini/SPCA and Prime TV at Draft FCB.

Hooper moved to Christchurch in 2014. During the past two years she was Senior Account Director at Novo and most recently Marketing Manager at Ballantynes. In 2014, with partner Sam Hooper, she started the successful Pot Sticker Dumpling Bars.
