Leading Auckland-based experiential agency Brand Spanking have bolstered their client service team with two spring hires – Claudine Pausma and Chelsea Came.

Chelsea Came (senior account manager) makes the move agency-side after two years as marketing lead in the Fairfax Media events team where she managed a wide range of events from the Night Noodle Markets to the Central Districts Field Days.

MD Vivian Bryant said: “Chelsea’s experience really appealed; we love people who can make the transition from heels to gumboots without blinking and we’ll be adding skis to that mix this week as she heads up to Cardrona to oversee an activation for Almond Breeze.”

In addition to hitting the slopes in the name of almond milk, Came is working on the L’Oréal, T&G and Cerebos Gregg’s accounts.

Claudine Pausma
At the ripe old age of 20-something, Claudine Pausma is already something of an experiential veteran with extensive experience in the field for several agencies, Bryant said.

Pausma joins Brand Spanking from Auckland events management company Spur, where was an account exec working primarily on the Spark account.

Newly promoted to account manager, Pausma has been putting her telco experience to good use managing thousands of hours of retail activation for long-time Brand Spanking client 2degrees while also jumping on the Frucor and Hutchinson’s accounts.
