WELLINGTON, Today: The Stuff team that organises the popular NZ House & Garden House Tours has devised a tasty new one. Editors’ Escape combines travel, tour and taste from Wellington to the Hawke’s Bay via chartered train – in the company of editors Jo McCarroll (NZ Gardener) and Sally Duggan (NZ House & Garden).
Editors’ Escape will visit some of the region’s most beautiful homes and gardens, learn how to harvest and prepare local produce, explore the art deco city of Napier, and sip vino at world-class wineries.
The trip starts in Wellington on Monday 8 April, and lands in the Hawkes Bay on Thursday 11 April.
