AUCKLAND, Today: Rise and Shine is celebrating a trio of well-earned promotions, recognising the growth, dedication and creativity of three team members who all began their journeys as interns.
Samantha Cortes, who’s been with the agency for over five years, has stepped up to Senior Account Manager. Known for her strategic smarts and calm under pressure, Sam recently co-hosted a Le Creuset brand trip featuring four top culinary stars.
Her leadership and sharp attention to detail have been crucial to major campaigns. The promotion is a natural next step for someone who consistently delivers standout work for clients.
Bella Brant, who started as an intern three years ago, has been promoted to Junior Account Manager. Her creativity, relationship-building skills and organisation have made her a key player on the team.
She helped drive the hugely popular Nala Bra-drona activation, which saw over 500 people lining up to take part — a strong example of her ability to mix fun and results.

Meanwhile, Kyla Packer is moving into a full-time Account Executive role after wrapping up her final year at uni. She’s brought fresh energy, teamwork, and strong creative thinking across a variety of campaigns.
