AUCKLAND, Today: Spark Foundry NZ has promoted Kelly Rosnell-Shand to General Manager Client Service, backing her to help steer the agency’s continued growth and dial up its client experience game.
With more than two decades of experience across NZ and the UK, Rosnell-Shand has worked her magic in just about every category—from FMCG to film, telcos to QSR.
In this new role, she’ll lead the charge on everything from client relationships and output quality to streamlining processes and shaping the agency’s client service culture.
