AUCKLAND, Today: Publicis Groupe Aotearoa has launched its new Data Intelligence Hub (DIH) — an all-in-one data and tech service built to help Kiwi brands fast-track their marketing transformation.

Led by a local, cross-functional team, the DIH covers everything from dashboards and web analytics to UX, e-commerce, predictive modelling, and AI tools. It’s backed by the Groupe’s NZ-based digital leadership.

The Hub also supports data unification through data lakes, cloud services, and cleanroom creation — giving brands access to future-focused solutions without juggling multiple agencies or tools.

Right now, marketers are under pressure — from proving ROI and adopting AI to managing customer data securely and navigating shifting tech landscapes.

“By drawing on the depth of data and technology expertise across our NZ agencies, we’re offering clients the best of both worlds – access to leading specialists and seamless execution across the full data spectrum, all backed by Publicis Groupe’s intelligent system of tools and capabilities.”

Most have to piece together solutions using a patchwork of internal teams, agencies, analytics partners and vendors — often with no centralised model. DIH aims to fix that.

Instead of running in circles, Publicis brings everything under one roof — aligning data services directly with a brand’s business goals.

Data Intelligence Hub lead Emily Isle said: “The Hub has been designed to meet the growing demand for an integrated, data-led service model that can deliver fit-for-purpose data and technology solutions tailored to each client’s unique business or organisational needs. It’s comprehensive, trustworthy and makes it easy to engage.”
