AUCKLAND, Today: VML, Scholz & Friends, Omnicom and Pinterest have all taken top spots at the Gerety Awards 2025, with Pinterest picking up the debut honour for In-House Agency of the Year.
VML was named Global Network of the Year, Scholz & Friends scored Global Agency of the Year, and Omnicom took Holding Company of the Year. Pinterest secured recognition for its in-house creative power.
Scholz & Friends Berlin clinched its global agency title with 5 Gold, 6 Silver, 1 Bronze and 5 shortlists. VML topped the networks, followed by BBDO, DDB and Publicis.
Omnicom was crowned Holding Company of the Year, ahead of WPP. Meanwhile, Pinterest House of Creative walked away with the inaugural In-House Agency award, marking a major win for in-house teams.
Brands also shone bright, with Heineken celebrated for standout work across China, South Africa, Singapore and Milan, while IKEA earned global recognition with campaigns from Ogilvy Germany, DDB Milano and MRM Spain.

The Gerety Awards tally included 12 Grand Prix, 8 Gold, 4 Silver, 2 Bronze and 1 Shortlist, reflecting the highest combined scores across categories.
