AUCKLAND, Today: Bastion Shine has welcomed Luke Farmer as Managing Director of Bastion Creative Auckland, where he’ll report directly to CEO Toby Sellers.
Luke brings more than 20 years of leadership experience, having shaped some of New Zealand’s most effective and awarded advertising campaigns across banking, FMCG, airlines, insurance, alcohol, and automotive.
Known as an entrepreneurial, commercially focused leader, Luke has built collaborative teams and delivered campaigns that combine operational strength with bold creative ideas. His approach has underpinned some of the country’s longest-running and most successful brand platforms.
At Bastion Shine, Luke will drive operational performance, explore new business opportunities, and strengthen client partnerships. He’ll also lead on the agency’s relationship with NordEast, whose automotive portfolio adds to the client roster alongside Air New Zealand.
