AUCKLAND, Today: Whittaker’s is giving chocolate lovers even more to smile about with its new Chocolate Pods Collection, featuring three indulgent new flavours alongside the beloved original Hazelnut Gianduja.
The new lineup includes Orange and Hazelnut Gianduja, Double Creamy Milk, and Creamed Coconut, all wrapped in Whittaker’s signature 33% cocoa Creamy Milk chocolate shell. The original Hazelnut Gianduja Pods are still available for purists.
Each Pod is handcrafted, individually wrapped, and made locally from the finest ingredients — available in a 125g pouch or a 200g box, now more eco-friendly thanks to reduced packaging.

Whittaker’s Chief Marketing Officer Soraya Cottin says the new assortment was inspired by research showing people love to give — and receive — an assortment of chocolates as gifts.
“Whittaker’s Chocolate Pods – whether the original Hazelnut Gianduja or the new Collection that includes the other three new flavours – are ideal for gifting, although they are so delicious they are often impossible to give away!

Like all Whittaker’s chocolate, the Pods are made from beans-to-bar at the brand’s Porirua factory, are palm oil-free, and use 100% Rainforest Alliance Certified™ cocoa beans — staying true to Whittaker’s quality and sustainability promise.
