Bayleys channels Kiwi energy in bold new campaign

Fifty years on, Bayleys has launched a new brand campaign with Auckland agency Work Communications, celebrating that unique spark that makes the company Altogether Better.

As a proud family business, Bayleys has built its reputation on professionalism and genuine Kiwi warmth. The new campaign spotlights energy as the key ingredient behind every successful property deal.

The idea is simple — every property has its own energy, that special feeling that makes a house a home or seals a deal. Bayleys’ people amplify that energy to achieve better results for their clients.

The campaign’s TV ad captures that energy travelling across New Zealand — lighting up homes, farms, and commercial spaces. The creative will feature across every channel, ensuring the same message connects right across the Bayleysnetwork.
