Arrivals & Departures: New senior talent joins D3’s data-driven journey

AUCKLAND, Today: Independent media agency D3 is growing its leadership team, adding three senior hires, Torsten Stolt as Head of Data & Technology, Alex Duval as Head of SEO & Experience, and Courtney Barnett as Client Partner.

The trio brings serious expertise in data, digital, and client leadership, marking the next stage of D3’s growth.

Stolt has nearly 20 years’ experience in data strategy, analytics, and AI/ML solutions, including five years as Business Intelligence Director at Together. He’ll focus on building privacy-safe data systems and helping brands turn first-party data into results.

Duval has over a decade of experience in SEO, CRO, and content strategy from agencies like Sprocket and Krunch.co. He’ll lead D3’s digital content and SEO offering, integrating AI-driven insights to help brands get more from their online presence.

Barnett brings global and local agency experience from IPG Mediabrands in London and GroupM New Zealand, where she led major accounts like Uber and Mars. She’ll ensure D3’s specialist skills deliver real business outcomes for clients.

They join General Manager Lani Jamieson, alongside co-founders Richard Thompson and Alex Radford, forming a strong leadership crew guiding D3 through rapid growth in an AI-driven media landscape.
