Arrivals & Departures: Jo Hempstead embraces NZME’s vision for innovation and excellence

AUCKLAND, Today: NZME has appointed Jo Hempstead as its new Chief Financial Officer, adding a wealth of experience from retail, tech, and media to the executive team.

Jo joins from The Warehouse Group, where she’s General Manager: Finance, reporting to the CFO. She’s led major commercial, financial, and transformation projects across one of New Zealand’s largest retailers.

Her career spans senior finance roles at Microsoft New Zealand and The Economist, bringing deep financial expertise and strategic insight to NZME’s leadership.
