AUCKLAND, Today: Vistar Media has appointed Josh Turney as Account Director, Demand, strengthening its New Zealand presence as part of the wider T-Mobile Advertising Solutions group.
The move follows five years of strong regional growth and rising demand for programmatic OOH. Vistar is doubling down on New Zealand to give agencies and brands stronger demand-side expertise.
Turney said, “It’s an exciting time to be joining Vistar Media, with programmatic OOH continuing to gain incredible traction. Having worked closely with Sandra and the team as a supply partner, it’s clear how much opportunity lies ahead and how well positioned Vistar is to lead that growth.
“Bringing supply-side experience into the mix will help strengthen partnerships even further, and I’m excited to work alongside Sandra Scott and Jack Manning to drive the next wave of growth for Vistar and the wider OOH ecosystem.”

Turney brings more than 14 years’ experience across agency and media-owner roles, most recently as Programmatic Channel Lead at oOh! Media New Zealand. His focus now is helping agencies unlock the full value of programmatic OOH through Vistar’s technology and expertise.
Sandra Scott, Director of Sales and Partnerships, New Zealand at Vistar Media said, “It’s fantastic to welcome Josh to the Vistar team as we continue to invest and scale in New Zealand.
“His strong OOH background brings an extra layer of depth and perspective to our business, which will be invaluable as we continue to lead the growth of programmatic OOH. The category is expanding fast, but there’s still a huge opportunity to better support our partners and maximise the value they get from the channel.”
Vistar Media’s programmatic platform connects buyers and sellers of OOH media globally, offering access to premium digital screens across New Zealand and international markets throughout the Americas, EMEA and APAC.
