AUCKLAND, Today: Designworks has appointed experienced leader and business founder Megan D’Audney as its new Managing Partner, with the Auckland-based role marking a return home after years working offshore.
Based in Auckland, D’Audney will lead Designworks’ brand strategy, creative and client service teams, while strengthening collaboration across WPP businesses within the group’s new Auckland campus.
She brings global experience from London, Singapore, Melbourne, New York and Miami, alongside strong entrepreneurial credentials, having founded two successful businesses of her own.

Across her career, D’Audney has worked across direct marketing, brand development, design and customer experience, with senior roles at agencies including TBWA, M&C Saatchi, DDB and Elmwood.

D’Audney starts this month, replacing former Managing Partner Joanne Reid, who departed the agency in 2025 after two years in the role.
