AUCKLAND, Today: Bastion has locked in a new Insights lead, with Joanne Norton set to join as Managing Director in mid-April, reporting directly to Group CEO Cheuk Chiang.
Norton brings 25 years of experience building insight teams, scaling data capability and driving measurable commercial growth through analytics and modelling programmes.
Most recently, Norton was Global Director of Consumer Insights and Category Strategy at Bondi Sands, steering portfolio direction and growth across international markets.
Earlier, Norton led Consumer and Market Insights ANZ at L’Oréal, overseeing segmentation for 30-plus brands and reshaping how data supported commercial decisions.
