Mitre 10 Club wins APAC loyalty award

AUCKLAND, Today: Mitre 10 Club’s Discount Days campaign has picked up Best Loyalty Programme Short Term Marketing Initiative at the Asia Pacific Loyalty Awards, held in Melbourne last week.

Created with loyalty marketing specialists Quantum Jump, the initiative also made the finals in the Best Use of Multi-Channel Communications category.

With only four finalists in each category, making the shortlist alone was a strong result and put the programme among the region’s top-performing loyalty initiatives.

After a successful pilot in April 2025 and a second event in October, Club Discount Days has quickly become a key part of the wider Mitre 10 Club offer.

A third event was held earlier this month, building on the momentum and showing the idea has real staying power with members.

Mitre 10 Club has been running since 2021 and now connects with thousands of Kiwi customers each week through DIY and gardening inspiration, expert advice, rich content, and exclusive offers.

The programme continues to build momentum, with Club Discount Days now also named a finalist for Best Short Term Loyalty Initiative Worldwide at the International Loyalty Awards.

That event will be held on 30 April in Atlanta, USA, giving Mitre 10 Club another shot at international recognition.
