AUCKLAND, Today: The Association for Data-Driven Marketing & Advertising (ADMA) and the New Zealand Marketing Association (NZMA) have struck a landmark deal to boost marketing capability across Australasia through a future-focused collaboration.
As part of the agreement, NZMA will endorse and promote ADMA’s Capability Compass across New Zealand, giving members and marketers access to a data-driven tool that identifies, measures and develops team skills.
NZMA will also align its curriculum with ADMA’s 65-skill framework, ensuring consistency with industry standards and helping marketers keep pace with a rapidly changing environment.
Developed with industry leaders, the Capability Compass provides New Zealand marketers with a strategic assessment tool that benchmarks capability, highlights strengths, and guides investment in the skills needed to stay ahead.
The tool evaluates 13 core capabilities and 65 skills across strategy, execution and analysis. It benchmarks against industry standards while offering personalised recommendations and structured pathways for building future-ready teams.
