Adshel has appointed two new account managers to its Auckland sales team to support the growth the business is experiencing.

Building on the recent expansion of the Wellington sales team, Claudia Plowman has been appointed as senior account manager and Robbie Coshan as account manager, bringing the Auckland sales team to six.

Claudia Plowman joins Adshel from Bauer, where she held a range of roles over a nine-year career with the company, working across almost all Bauer mastheads including Woman’s Day, Next and Metro.

Most recently she was commercial brand manager for the successful launch of Bauer’s new weekly publication, Paperboy.

“Claudia has extensive experience developing and delivering integrated campaign solutions for clients across a range of sectors, which will be invaluable as Adshel moves into new advertiser categories with a more sophisticated approach to market,” said Adshel sales & marketing director Ben Gibb.

Ex FCB & Ikon
Robbie Coshan joinsed Adshel from the media agency world, most recently working with FCB and prior to that with Ikon, where he worked on a range of high-profile brands including some of Adshel’s largest advertisers.

“Robbie is a big believer in the power of out-of-home media and his agency-side experience will help ensure Adshel can stay relevant with its key client-base,” Gibb says.

Plowman and Coshan will report to recently appointed Auckland group sales manager Christie Tanner, who said: “It’s exciting to have Claudia and Robbie joining the team, and timely to have this extra resource with the imminent expansion of our Adshel Live digital network.

“Claudia and Robbie come from different media backgrounds but as our business changes we’re really looking to diversify our skill set and bring in people with new perspectives and experience, to ensure we continue to innovate and improve the way we operate”.

Ben Gibb said:, “We have big growth aspirations and that starts with having the right people on board so we can be more proactive in market and continue providing great service for our clients. We’re excited to have Robbie and Claudia join the team to help us move to the next gear.”
