AUCKLAND, Today: Big Comunications has created a new summer campaign for Barfoot & Thompson, with a special focus on Auckland and Northland.

Big MD Ant Salmon said: “Our connection to what makes New Zealand special has never been greater than in the summer of 2021.

“Barfoot & Thompson’s new campaign leverages this surging local pride in its heartland regions of Auckland and Northland, to assert its place as the real estate agency that knows your place the best.

“It’s a big, warm, positive campaign that takes instantly recognisable real estate assets and partners them with some of the iconic features of Auckland and Northland.”

“Our friends at Together have built a media plan that taps into how consumers are spending this summer.

“People are holidaying at home more than ever before so we’re going to catch them on the main routes in and out of the region and we’ll be there when they attend the many exciting local and global events happening in our backyard this summer.

“18 years has flown and here we are still fascinated by it all, still helping clients unravel complex problems and still doing work that makes a difference.”

“It’s been a big week for Barfoot & Thompson. It picked up three ‘best in the world’ awards at the International Property Awards, one of which was ‘Best International Real Estate Agency Marketing’ for the recent corporate rebrand and brand campaign lead by Big.”

And it’s a notable week for the agency too: Wednesday10 February was Big’s 18th anniversary.

Ant Salmon: “When Joe Holden and I opened up on 10 February 2003 we had a clear idea of the sort of agency we wanted to be.

“Eighteen years has flown by and here we are still fascinated by it all, still helping our clients unravel complex problems and still doing work that gets noticed and makes a difference. And still talking to each other.

“I wonder how many suit/creative partnerships have lasted that long!”
