AUCKLAND, Tuesday: Following what it calls “a period of sustained business growth”, Colenso BBDO has strengthened its strategic firepower by adding Nathalie Moolenschot as head of customer experience strategy.
She joins a growing tribe of CX specialists as the agency buffers its capability to service the “rapidly changing needs” of their client base.
Colenso head of transformation Edwin Rozells said: “Nathalie is an accomplished loyalty and marketing leader, who has been in the industry for over 20 years working on the clientside at Westpac, BNZ, Air NZ, ASB and The Warehouse.
