AUCKLAND, Today: Tim and Aaron first teamed up at DDB Aotearoa nearly ten years ago, kicking off a creative partnership that’s taken them from Auckland to London and back again.
Along the way, they’ve won pitches, mentored fresh talent, and created standout work for both Kiwi and global brands.
Since joining FCB in 2021, the pair have been behind some of the agency’s biggest hits—Pak’n’Rave, The Adternship, Borrow the Brand, and Tux Puppy Pee Paper, which won NZME’s Imprint Competition.
They also helped launch Bring the Buzz for Mercury, and were key players in Survive the Drive and Don’t Let the Drugs Drive.
“Tim and Aaron are humble, hungry, and just really good at what they do. They’ve proven time and again that they can deliver ideas that get noticed, move people, and move business.” – Leisa Wall
Says Leisa Wall CCO, “Tim and Aaron are humble, hungry, and just really good at what they do. They’ve proven time and again that they can deliver ideas that get noticed, move people, and move business. I couldn’t be happier to see them step up.
Now that they’re ACDs, they’ll be trusted to say, ‘That’s not on brand,’ with alarming regularity.”
Says Tim, “We’ve spent a long time trying to finely tune our creative point of view, but I’m chuffed FCB has always picked up what we’ve put down.
“I couldn’t be more excited for this new fancy three-barrelled title, and couldn’t be less excited to explain that title to my parents.”
Says Aaron, “Excited for the step up, and looking forward to receiving the door code for the prestigious executive bathrooms that Vegas always went on about.”
