FCB Media leads the field by a country mile in the 2016 Beacons (formerly the Media Awards) with 23 finalists. CAANZ announced its full list of finalists this morning.
Still very respectable but a good way back come OMD (15), Y&R Media (11), SparkPHD and MediaCom (8), Ikon (8), MediaCom (8).
Bringing up the field are ZenithOptimedia (6), MBM (5), Carat and Dynamo (both 5), Starcom & Contagion (3 each). Two finalists each went to Synergy/Carat, O&M, Vizeum. Beat and Contagion. And a lonely one to Sherson Wills,
Bauer, iSite, NZME, Sky TV, and TVNZ are all finalists in Media Business of the Year. The winners will be unveiled on awards night – Thursday 5 May – at the Vector Arena.
