AUCKLAND, Monday: Flying Fish NZ has added end-to-end stills production division Fanclub to its stable, representing a “carefully curated” roster of NZ-based photographers.

Fanclub’s executive producer Fleur Swarbrick will be leading the division and says she is “amped” to bring the offering to market next week.

Fanclub will represent a group of photographers covering a variety of genres, ranging from food & lifestyle specialist Lottie Hedley, multi-award winning Spid Pye, and adventure legend Graeme Murray, to fashion photographer Karen Ishiguro and distinctive food & product photographer Kate Grewal.

Fish MD James Moore said: “After seeing increased demand and requests for photography packaged into our projects, it felt like a natural progression to extend our offering into the stills space.

Fanclub’s roster includes Spid, Sam Kristofski, Kate Grewal, Graeme Murray, Lottie Hedley, Nick Paulsen, Karen Ishiguro, Dan Sadgrove, Olivia Kirkpatrick, and Jeff Wood.”

“We’ve worked with Fleur for many years and knowing her particular experience and contacts in this field, she was an obvious choice to head up this new division.”

Fish exec producer Sam Attenborough said: “Whilst we’ll continue to collaborate with many of NZ’s great photographers, our goal for Fanclub is to offer clients a one-stop-shop when it comes to production, and the opportunity to collaborate throughout the entire production process with top-notch photographers that represent a range of styles and specialties.”

“Fanclub will complement Fish’s existing offerings, which include large scale commercial production, content & music video production (Fish&Clips), long form film and television production (Fish Entertainment), Studio230 Auckland’s largest inner-city studio and post-production, visual effects and motion graphics (MandyVFX) who have extended their capabilities to include stills grade and retouching.
