AUCKLAND, Today: Dove has teamed up with New Zealand’s Royal Family Dance Crew to launch its new Whole Body Deodorant range, helping women feel confident however they move.
The partnership blends a trusted global care brand with one of Aotearoa’s most iconic dance crews. Their involvement backs Dove’s mission to help women move freely and feel confident in every moment, big or small.
Anna Tracey, Personal Care Marketing & Strategy Director at Unilever, said the campaign addresses women, “We believe every woman deserves to feel confident in her skin and live the life she wants, which is why we developed Whole Body Deodorant. It’s about giving women an all-over solution so they can get on with their day and do the activities they love.”
“Every practice and performance we see how important it is for women to feel confident in their bodies.” – Teesha Taulepa, leader of the Royal Family Dance Crew
The campaign features a new Royal Family Dance Crew video set to Dove’s original track with artist and producer Chika, re-recording Khia’s My Neck, My Back as Let your Body Body. Bold lyrics and high-energy choreography show how freshness and freedom go hand in hand.
Teesha Taulepa, leader of the Royal Family Dance Crew says, “Every practice and performance we see how important it is for women to feel confident in their bodies. Dance is all about confidence and freedom so it was an instant yes from us to be a part of Dove’s campaign.”
Short edits and a full one-minute version are rolling out across TikTok, YouTube and Instagram so the campaign meets women where they move and connect.
Dove Whole Body Deodorant has been created to protect every part of the body, not just underarms. It offers up to 72 hours of odour protection while calming sweat-related skin issues, helping women feel confident wherever they go.
