AUCKLAND, Wednesday: Karangahape Road independent ad & design agency The Goat Farm continues to grow, with two additions and one promotion in the last couple of months.

Long-time TGF account director Natalie Gibb steps up to the general manager role, a promotion that founder/creative director Vaughn Davis says is long overdue. “Natalie has been running this place since the day she arrived – so making that official is the right move.”

Gibb will still consult to key clients and new business but her key role will be agency operations and growth.

Angela Etheridge joins the agency as account director, with primary responsibility for HRV. “Angela joins TGF from long-time client Vector, giving her a unique both-sides-of-the-fence view of the business,” say Davis.

“New clients include Kiwi Wealth, NBR and Piritahi.”

The third move is in the creative department, with Michelle Vohan signing on as senior creative.

Davis: “Michelle was previously creative director at Hyde Group and has worked with me on several projects over the years, including leading design on the Invivo X, SJP wine collaboration with Sarah Jessica Parker.

“Having Angela and Michelle at the table is great for us and great for our clients – and they both work amazingly well together. Between them they took HRV to a new audience with our Cool Zone activation at Splore. I can’t think of a better team to create and deliver that.

More in pipeline
“Our new hires – with a couple more in the pipeline – come after a strong start to 2021 including new clients Kiwi Wealth, The National Business Review and Piritahi.
