The Radio Bureau is enjoying a little skite about the fast-spreading impact of its three-minute video of Mike Hosking addressing the network’s breakfast teams on how to build a successful brekky programme.
“Hi Ed – We thought you might be interested we have had 13,423 hits on the video in a week,” says TRN head of digital Marcus Forbes.
That’s fairly impressive for a video hosted (until now) only on a NZ site. But not surprising. The guy is very popular – and his video is very funny in that uniquely twisted Mike Hosking way we all know and love.
It was shot inhouse, and is currently being used to promote the network’s results from the recent radio survey here.
