AUCKLAND, Today: Duncan Coull has been re-elected and Richard Luxton elected as Directors for the North Ward on the Ballance Agri-Nutrients Board. Richard replaces Sarah von Dadelszen, who stepped down after more than a decade.
Richard brings deep governance experience, currently in his seventh year on Tatua’s Board and four years as Chair of its Responsible Farming Committee. He also runs a 280-hectare dairy farm and co-owns another 100-hectare sheep and dairy property.
He adds global expertise too, with eight years in manufacturing and supply chain management.
