Auckland ad & design agency Magnum, with PR backup from Acumen Republic, has completed a rebranding exercise for Viaduct Harbour-based Ignite Architects (offices in Auckland, Christchurch, Wellington, Tauranga and Sydney), the outfit behind many inspiring built environments in Australia & NZ.

“The redesign aims to reflect a firm which has undergone significant growth, positions it for future growth, and brings it into line with a look and feel reflective of the company’s culture, geographies and work,” said Magnum MD Dennis Simpson.

“The new logo brings with it the introduction of a dynamic new mark, and the colour palette – including dark grey, burnt orange and teal – reflect the company’s heritage, achievements and expertise.”

Ignite began back in 1987 as the Auckland-arm of Anderson Street Architects. The brand evolved into Ignite Architects in 2003.

The new look will be rolled out over the coming weeks including a rebrand of its five offices in New Zealand and Australia.
