AUCKLAND, Today: Merkle Aotearoa, part of the dentsu network, has named Stéphan Willemse as its new Head of Digital Experience, leading work to help clients create cohesive, valuable, and genuinely useful customer experiences.
The role combines strategic consulting with hands-on delivery, working across the agency’s teams to ensure strong ideas are backed by human insight, technical feasibility, and commercial viability.
Willemse has over a decade of digital strategy and innovation experience, including as Head of Strategy at Digital Arts Network and NEXT Innovation & Futures Specialist at TBWA\Worldwide. He’s worked across industries from insurance and banking to public sector transformation.
