SYDNEY, Today: In Marketing We Trust is making bold moves, announcing leadership promotions and its first-ever advisory board to help drive global expansion and scale delivery across multiple markets.
Selina Murray has been named Chief Operating Officer, a new role covering global delivery, client services, forecasting and revenue operations. She’s been key to building out internal operations over the past five years.
Founder Freddy Chanut now shifts into Executive Chairperson, where he’ll focus on board-level strategy and expanding the agency’s presence in Europe, North America and Southeast Asia.
CEO Paul Hewett takes on a more client-facing role, leading global partnerships and driving the agency’s strategy across product, AI and innovation.

Andrei Inso has also stepped up as Revenue Operations Manager, reporting to Murray. He’ll lead forecasting, scoping, margin modelling and resource planning to support smart delivery and sustainable performance.
To help steer long-term strategy, the agency has launched an advisory board featuring three well-known industry leaders from media, analytics and governance.
Andrew (Billy) Baxter, ex-CEO of Publicis and Ogilvy, and founder of 24 Hour Business Plan, will advise on brand positioning, governance and growth.
Monique Harris, CEO of Convo Media, will bring her digital, programmatic and publishing experience to guide scalable ops, commercial design and revenue strategy.

Analytics and AI expert Damion Brown, founder of Data Runs Deep and ex-Jellyfish ANZ MD, will advise on service innovation, data strategy and future capabilities.
