AUCKLAND, Today: The World Out of Home Organization has welcomed two fresh faces to its board — Ocean Outdoor’s Tim Bleakley and Multiply Group’s Jawad Hassan. At the same time, Clear Channel’s Martin Corke is stepping down.
Bleakley, now Chairman of Ocean Outdoor, has helped shape the company into a major player in premium DOOH. He recently launched the MOCA movement, pushing for more creativity in the outdoor space.
Hassan has led the charge at Multiply Group, uniting Media 247, Viola Communications and BackLite Media under one banner. He was also a key driver in Multiply’s 2021 ADX public listing.

His appointment adds valuable representation from the Gulf Cooperation Council — a booming hub for out-of-home innovation — and reflects WOO’s focus on expanding in that region.
Hassan also brought US-based street-level media platform FireFly to the UAE and is now exploring new international opportunities for the business.
WOO President Tom Goddard, said, “Jawad Hassan from the Multiply Group is joining and will fill the gap we have in the Middle East since Antonio Vincente of Pikasso departed, and Tim Bleakley the Chairman of Ocean is coming in to add his abundance of energy and ideas to the board, as we review our mission priorities going forward.”
He also paid tribute to outgoing board member Martin Corke, said, “We’d like to thank Martin Corke most sincerely for his stellar service. He has actively supported our sustainability task and several other initiatives. We wish him all the best in his ongoing role under new owner, Bauer Media Outdoor.”
