AUCKLAND, Today: Anthem is growing its team with two new hires, welcoming Charis Wood as Account Director and Seren Cameron as Senior Account Executive to boost support for its expanding mix of clients.
Anthem Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer Carolyn Kerr says the appointments reflect the agency’s focus on investing in talent to scale with growing demand.
“Charis and Seren bring valuable skills and experience that strengthen our integrated communications offering,” says Kerr. “Charis has strong expertise in strategic corporate communications, reputation management and purpose-led storytelling, while Seren contributes proven capability in media relations, content development and campaign delivery.”
Charis has worked across agency, corporate and for-purpose spaces, supporting some of Aotearoa’s most well-known brands and sectors including technology, financial services, FMCG, health and the not-for-profit space.

She brings strategic thinking, reputation management experience and solid problem-solving capability, with a focus on supporting clients through complex communications challenges.
Seren brings experience from FMCG, sport, retail, travel, and food and beverage sectors, working on campaigns with national reach for well-known brands.
Her strengths include media outreach, content creation and project coordination, with proven organisational skills that help keep campaigns moving efficiently and on time.
