WELLINGTON, Friday: The new Huddle Insurance campaign (written & directed by The Glue Society NZ) and starring local comedy talent, is now up and running in Australia.
The Is this one of those Huddle Insurance ads? campaign, shot by The Glue Society Wellington, includes social, digital and 4 x tvcs.
The title is based on a catchphrase which its creators hope will become synonymous with the brand, sending as it does various characters off on a strange set of insurance-related stories with comic effect.
Huddle co-founder Jason Wilby said: “Insurance is all about customer experience and this ultimately boils down to how easily policies can be managed and claims paid. That’s a complex story from a communications perspective. And we wanted to focus on connecting with customers without overloading them with fine print and detail.”
“We shot in NZ as it was more practical than shooting in Australia due to the border restrictions in February – and the client also lives in NZ.”
Huddle comms manager Lachie Brown said: “When we devised this with The Glue Society, our vision was for a simple, powerful campaign that’s flexible enough to run for the duration of our customer relationship, which is something we measure in years”.
