NZME renews partnership with Wanaka’s world-class Warbirds show

AUCKLAND, Today: NZME has renewed its partnership with Warbirds Over Wanaka, the internationally renowned airshow that draws around 65,000 people to Central Otago every two years. The 2026 show will return over Easter weekend.

Coast and the NZ Herald will be the key NZME platforms backing the event. Twice crowned New Zealand’s Favourite Event, Warbirds is famous for breathtaking displays of modern and historic aircraft set against the Southern Alps.
