AUCKLAND, Today: One Plus One Communications has announced Liz Holt as a new shareholding partner, following the agency’s strongest year yet and recognising her major contribution since joining the team.

With 18 years in communications and experience leading some of New Zealand’s biggest PR accounts, Holt’s promotion adds strength and stability to One Plus One’s leadership.

Founder and Managing Director Kelly Bennett says making Holt a partner was an easy decision.

“Liz made an immediate impact on our business upon her arrival, and has skills and qualities that compliment me and Max really well,” says Bennett.

“In the past year she’s led critical pitches, delivered high stakes projects, and provided excellent service and communications counsel to our clients across the board – all while being an awesome mum to a beautiful family. I admire her hugely,” he adds.

Holt says she’s excited to step into the new role and help shape the agency’s future.

“I have a massive amount of respect for the business Kelly and others have built over the last decade and am really excited about the trajectory we’re on.

I’ve spent a long time in agencies and I genuinely feel what we have going is pretty special; to have a stake in our company’s future, and help guide and shape that over the coming years, is something I don’t take lightly.”

The agency has also welcomed Elle Grace as Senior Account Director. Grace joins after four years at Mango, with earlier roles at Spark and Pead PR.

A seasoned communicator with experience across telco, finance, property and nonprofit, Grace says she’s thrilled to join the team.

“I’ve been admiring One Plus One from afar for a few years now and am thrilled to be joining the team, alongside some former colleagues who I’ve always had a lot of respect for. I genuinely can’t wait to get stuck in,” concludes Grace.
