AUCKLAND, Monday: oOh!media’s Innovation Awards are returning for a third year – and the company has issued its call for entries to vote for this year’s most innovative out-of-home campaigns.

People from the industry can vote from 9am Monday 15 November until 4pm Monday 29 November.

The top 11 finalists include: TVNZ’s Ru Paul’s Drag Race (Starcom), McDonald’s America’s Cup (OMD), Goodman Fielder’s MacKenzie Pie’s Sunday Roast (MBM), Noel Leeming Olympics (OMG), Pump’s Sparkling Water (Rocket), adidas Stan Smiths (MediaCom Australia), Rexona All Blacks (PHD Media), The Warehouse Olympics and Red Rabbit (OMG), Stoneleigh Wine Sustainableigh (Initiative), and Corona’s Summer Surf / Winter Snow campaign (MediaCom).

The winning campaign will receive a prize of $10,000 media spend. And one lucky voter will win themselves an Oura ring – smart and powerful ring that tracks your body’s heart rate, temperature, movement, and sleep.

oOh!media NZ GM Nick Vile said, “Despite 2021 being a year that has been filled with challenging circumstances, it is incredible to see the calibre of work produced in the marketing and media industry this year.

”The level of creativity and innovation that has been displayed is a huge sentiment to the efforts of people’s drive and dedication to their work.”

The winner for this year’s Innovation Awards will be drawn in a fortnight – on Tuesday 30 November.
