AUCKLAND, Today: HYROX, the global fitness phenomenon that fuses running and functional training, is taking the world by storm, and PUMA has been right there from the start.

Spotting the sport’s potential early, PUMA partnered with HYROX after the first race in Hamburg in 2017, before becoming a global partner in 2023. The partnership has since helped grow brand awareness and deliver performance gear tailored to the sport.

With participation doubling year on year, HYROX’s 2024/25 season hosted 74 events and drew more than 650,000 competitors. By 2026, the sport is expected to hit 1.3 million participants across 100+ events worldwide.

Earlier this year, PUMA launched its first full performance range for HYROX, including both apparel and footwear. More product innovations and athlete stories will roll out in future PUMA x HYROX collections as the partnership continues to grow toward 2030.
