Share a Coke returns to celebrate mates, nicknames and all

AUCKLAND, Today: Coca-Cola is reviving its iconic Share a Coke campaign, bringing personalised bottles back to New Zealand with a fresh focus on celebrating friendships and social connections.

First launched in 2011, the campaign famously swapped the classic Coca-Cola logo with people’s names. After returns in 2019 and 2020, it’s making a comeback in 2025.

With over 170 names and nicknames across Coca-Cola Classic and Coke Zero Sugar, there’s something for everyone—whether you’re an Olivia, a Bro, or even An Egg.

If you can’t find your name in-store, Coca-Cola has nearly 200 pop-up stations nationwide from 12 May, where you can personalise your own bottle or can. What better way to shout out your bestie than with a Coke that literally has their name on it?

This year, Share a Coke will roll out in more than 120 countries, including a full New Zealand campaign across digital, billboards, social, activations and influencer partnerships.
