AUCKLAND, Wednesday: Off the back of a number of senior appointments, Stanley St has announced another talented addition to the team – Hayden Skelton, new head of performance.

With 12 years’ experience in Australasia working in digital strategy, multi-channel marketing and performance media technology, the appointment of Skelton to the new senior role strengthens Stanley St’s local offering.

Previously from Denstu where he had been responsible for the digital strategy for DB Breweries, MetLifeCare, L’Oreal, Disney & Holden, Skelton’s new role will focus on building up the programmatic, and holistic search capabilities for a range of Stanley St’s clients.

“Having Hayden come on board as head of performance is an exciting hire for Stanley St,” said Stanley St head of media Andrew Reinholds.

“Skelton is ex-Denstu where he did digital strategy for DB Breweries, MetLifeCare, L’Oreal, Disney & Holden.”

“We have a strong programmatic team within the agency already, and with Hayden’s expertise and leadership, he’ll really be able to help drive our digital capabilities further and strengthen our offering to clients.”

Skelton said: “I’m really looking forward to unlocking the synergies of a full-service agency environment at Stanley St.

“Stanley St has a clear vision for the future and we’re working together on building new innovative solutions for our clients. They see the value in futureproofing the agency with new digital capabilities before clients even need them, and that’s incredibly important in the face of an industry with constant change.”

Reinholds said: The appointment of Hayden, and recent hire of new group media director Renée Smith, highlights the moves Stanley St are making to solidify their full-service capabilities and strengthen their client offering.
