Export takes the scenic route

AUCKLAND, Today: Export is taking the scenic route into summer with the Export Great Walk, a one-day adventure made for outdoorsy types who missed out on New Zealand’s famous Great Walks.

Happening Saturday, 15 November, the six-kilometre trek follows the Pahi track in the Coromandel, offering sweeping views of Great Barrier Island, lush native bush, and untouched coastline.

The walk wraps up exactly how it should — in nature’s beer garden, complete with deck chairs, umbrellas, lawn games, and ocean views.

The event celebrates the launch of Export Crushed, a new flavoured beer available in Pineapple and Lemon. The campaign is led by Special PR with Dentsu Aotearoa managing the integrated media approach.

“The Export Great Walk is all about celebrating the outdoors, good mates, and those beer garden moments we all look forward to.” – Kate Baars, DB Breweries Senior Marketing Manager

DB Breweries Senior Marketing Manager, Kate Baars says, “We know how quickly the Great Walks book out, so we wanted to give Kiwis another way to experience an epic trail this summer, one that ends with a cold Export Crushed in hand.

“The Export Great Walk is all about celebrating the outdoors, good mates, and those beer garden moments we all look forward to. We hope people get out there, soak up the views, and kick back in true summer style.”

Tickets are $60 per person and go on sale from 9.00am, Monday 20 October. Each ticket includes private transport from Auckland to the Pahi trailhead and back, plus snacks, drinks, and the full Export Crushed Beer Garden experience.

The all-day event runs from 9.00am to 7.30pm, with around three hours for the trail and two for the beer garden wind-down. All you need to bring? Your boots, your mates, a playlist, and good vibes.

Export Crushed is all about those laid-back summer moments that hit just right — refreshing, fruity, and made for easy days outdoors.
