Tech giant buys Omnilab arm

Adstream, which describes itself as “the leading global provider of creative asset management, delivery and analytics technology company”, has announced the acquisition of Omnilab Media’s Dubsat, an advertising content management and distribution company operating in the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa.

“The acquisition continues Adstream’s ongoing investment in driving global scale for its platform and customers,” says Adstream Australia & NZ’s Sydney-based managing director Geoff Hoffmann.

Hoffmann said: Dubsat joins a global team with expertise across 42 countries and gains immediate access to a network of more than 40,000 connected media as well as Adstream’s world-renowned marketing, production and content management platform.

“This is an exciting step moving forward for Adstream locally and globally. Our focus will be on working with new and existing customers to provide them with a high level of customer service throughout this transistion period.

“In the coming weeks we look forward to introducing customers to Adstream’s innovative product suite.”
