AUCKLAND, Today: The Cloud became the epicentre of New Zealand’s wellness and beauty scene as DARKHORSE delivered Chemist Warehouse Oasis, the retailer’s most ambitious brand experience to date.
After securing the project through a hotly contested pitch, the brand experience and communications agency transformed the iconic Auckland waterfront venue into a vibrant tropical escape, designed to bring Chemist Warehouse’s growing Wellness & Beauty category to life in a way the industry hasn’t seen before.
Immersive experience meets bold brand play
Inspired by a luxe island resort, the 2,700 sqm space became a playground for more than 80 leading brands, each showcasing innovation through bespoke activations, interactive touchpoints and curated experiences.

Guests, including 400 media, industry insiders and content creators, explored the space, trialled products, and filled their custom tote bags with exclusive samples and gifts. A limited number of $50 public tickets sold out fast, proving the appetite for immersive retail experiences.
